Our pizza is the result of thirty years of experience in taking care of the dough. We use slow and natural leavening techniques, which make the pizza lighter and easier to digest. In addition, the toppings are prepared with fresh ingredients and selected every day to guarantee excellent organoleptic quality.
Where do your ingredients for the toppings come from?
We only use local, fresh and seasonal ingredients. The mozzarella is rigorously prepared with 100% Italian milk, ensuring the highest quality and authentic flavor. Our attention to detail allows us to offer a pizza that meets the best standards of freshness and authenticity.
What type of flour do you use for the dough?
We work exclusively with 100% Italian wheat flour, coming from a traceable and controlled supply chain. This allows us to guarantee the customer a safe and high-quality product, following the grain of wheat from cultivation to delivery of the final product.
Do you adopt sustainable practices in your production?
Yes, sustainability is at the heart of our business. We use renewable and certified electricity, we collaborate with local producers to promote a circular economy and we support local companies. In this way, we not only reduce our environmental impact, but we also support the local community.
How can I best reheat pizza at home?
To reheat pizza at home and keep it crispy and tasty, we recommend placing it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
